- 1. In general, an item may be eligible for return if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- (i) Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- (ii) Has missing parts or accessories.
- (iii)Is different from what was ordered.
- (iv) 10 Days; Replacement/Refund.

- 4. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- 5. If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced; only a refund against the returned product will be issued.
- 6. If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days..
Return Policy for Business Orders
Business orders can only be returned by the business customers if the product is damaged, defective or wrongly shipped and if the BioAyurveda is duly notified within 3 days from the order receipt by the business customer.
Once Product is received back at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund within 2-3 working days.
